HOMEMADE RED WINE CHICKEN…..!!!
Ingredients:
For chicken marination
Pepper powder – 1 TS
Garam masala – 1 TS
Red chilly powder – 2 TS
Ginger paste – 2 TS
Finely chopped garlic- 2 TS
Salt – as per taste
Chicken – 300 grms
For wine sauce
Red wine – 60 ml
Cinnamon stick
Pepper
Cloves
Brown sugar 1 TBSP
