Treasure the Moments Gala – Shhh! It’s a Speakeasy, Sunday, September 20, 2020: Our bartender Caron shows you how to mix up a French 75 cocktail to enjoy for our speakeasy themed gala. This video was filmed at the Auburn Lounge in Danville, CA.
French 75 cocktail:
2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Lemon juice
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
2 oz. Dry champagne or sparkling wine
Lemon twist for garnish
Add gin, lemon juice and simple to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake about 20 seconds until frosty.
Pour through strainer into a large champagne glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Enjoy!
