Ingredients:
• Bread Slices : As required
• Eggs : 4 No’s
• Milk : ¼ Cup
• Sugar : 4 Tablespoons (powdered)
• Cinnamon Powder : ½ Teaspoon
• Vanilla Essence : ¼ Teaspoon
Method of Preparation:
• Beat 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.
• Add ¼ cup milk & 4 tbsp powdered sugar.
• Add ½ tsp cinnamon powder & ¼ tsp vanilla essence.
• Mix them or beat them all thoroughly with beater or blender.
• Take a bread slice and spread some crunchy peanut butter on it.
• Take another one and place on the slice with peanut butter.
• Dip them in the egg mixture thoroughly.
• Pre heat the toaster for a while and brush it with some oil or butter.
• Place the egg dipped slices on it, adjust heat.
• Toast it till brown.
• The same way slices can be toasted on a pan too.
• Heat a pan spread some oil or butter on it.
• Place the slices with peanut butter spread and egg dipped.
• Toast them on either sides till brown.
• Yummy and delicious Peanut Butter French Toasts are ready.
