Braised Wine Cap with Artisanal Butter
You will need:
2 cups sliced Wine Cap Buttons
1/4 c. dry wine
Herbs (we use rosemary and sage)
Salt (to taste)
Water (about 1 cup)
Heavy bottomed sauce pan and lid
Optional: Artisanal butter (we used garlic-gorgonzola)
…..highly recommend the butter because, well, butter.
