Almond flour – 125g (1 cup + 4 tbsp approx.)
Powdered sugar – 125 g ( 1 cup + 3 tbsp approx.)
Cocoa powder – 10g ( 1 3/4 tbsp approx.)
Egg white (room temp) – 90g (3 eggs)
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Granulated sugar – 125g ( 1/2 cup +2 tbsp approx.)
