Hi everyone, sorry if im not consistent. been trying to take things slow and easy with youtube again. I will be more consistent soon just taking care of my mental health and university atm. This recipe helped me a ton in losing fat. I lost 20kg from October of 2019 – January 2020. This has helped me keep it off and doesnt even feel like im trying to lose weight. Its very easy to maintain my weight as its foods i enjoy eating that are low calorie, and high fiber. I know alot of people like watching greg doucette but their are other channels out there also giving quality recipes for weight loss hopefully this helps you all.
