A little bit of a higher tier from Kaiken, aged 12 months in French oak. Some plum and floral aroma on the nose. That floral comes out on the palate along with plum, blackberry, and chocolate on the finish. Really nice tannin structure kicks in half way through with a little bit of acidity giving it a nice balance. Cheers!
