Ingredients.
Eggs 3
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoe 1 chopped
Green capsicum 1 chopped
Green chilli 2 chopped
Green Coriander 20 leaves chopped
Olive oil
Milk 2tbs
Black pepper 1tea spoon
Salt (per taste)
Red chili powder (per taste)
Method.
Mix eggs, onion, tomato, salt, red chili powder green chili, capsicum and milk well. Take a pan on flame. pour 2 spoon olive oil. Fry these eggs on both sides . Sprinkle black pepper and Coriander leaves. It’s ready to serve.
