The good: Spirits of French Lick killed it with their Unpretentious high rye bourbon, which is finished in Port wine casks. This creation from Alan Bishop is a 55% corn, 35% rye, 10% malt, double pot-distilled bottle of delicious.
The bad: it’s gone. Done. This distillery-only release sold out in less time than a McDonald’s ice cream machine is in operation. IF you can find it, pick it up. Watch our review for more information on this amazing creation.
