Chicken Gizzards Recipe by Desi French Kitchen in Urdu with English & French Subtitles
INGREDIENTS:
-900g of chicken gizzards (Cut and washed thoroughly)
-1/2 cup of oil
-1 big-sized onion
-1 big-sized tomato
-1/4 tsp of carom seeds
-Some coriander & green chillies
-125g of yoghurt
-1 tbsp of garlic paste
-1 tbsp of ginger paste
-1 tsp of cumin seeds
-1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
-1 tbsp of red chilli powder (to taste)
-1 tsp of salt (to taste)
-1 tsp of garam masala
INGRÉDIENTS:
-900g de gésiers de poulet (Coupés et lavés soigneusement)
-1/2 tasse d’huile
-1 oignon de grande taille
-1 tomate de grande taille
-1/4 cuillère à café de graines de carambole
-Un peu de coriandre et de piments verts
-125g de yaourt
-1 cuillère à soupe de pâte d’ail
-1 cuillère à soupe de pâte de gingembre
-1 cuillère à café de graines de cumin
-1/2 cuillère à café de poudre de curcuma
-1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de piment rouge (au goût)
-1 cuillère à café de sel (au goût)
-1 cuillère à café de garam masala
