Join me for another trip to visit Epcot after is reopens. This is my second visit at the park since the reopening and I was able to try some dishes from the Taste of Epcot Food & Wine Festival for 2020. As Epcot is in the middle of a large park renovation, you can no longer enter the different parts of the park through the center by the water fountain. Instead there are large walls providing a pathway around Spaceship Earth to take you to the different parts of World Showcase. Spaceship Earth had gone down as it was going to be one of the first rides to get a renovation in the large overhaul Disney had planned in the park. Unfortunately a lot of the plans have been put on hold and Disney decided to open the ride back up for guests to enjoy.
First we rode The Seas with Nemo & Friends and visited some of the fish friends at the aquarium you find after getting off the ride. Then we went over to the Land to ride Soarin’ Around the World. A quick trip to the festival center we were able to see the live entertainment via an amazing piano player and we tried some of the yummy eats for the festival. The crab macaroni and cheese was amazing as was the banana cider. I hope to try the frozen apple pie and the s’mores next time. We ended our trip by taking a stroll around France and ducked in to check out the giftshop.
