Vintage – Stellar Hunter Valley vintage, grapes harvested mid-February.
Vineyards – Organically managed vineyards from Australia’s oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley.
Bouquet – Aromas of citrus blossom with some flint on the nose.
Palate – Fresh lemon and lime flavours with rich nutty notes from extended lees ageing in barrels.
Winemaking – Picked at moderate ripeness retaining natural acidity while capturing generous fruit flavour, gentle pressing of free-run juice to French oak puncheons (500L) for 9 months, 30% new oak.
Alcohol – 12.7%
Cellaring – 5+ years, keep away from strong light, at a cool, constant temperature 15°.

Vintage – High-quality vintage, grapes harvested mid-March.
Vineyards – Organically grown grapes from the high altitude vineyards of Orange.
Bouquet – Ripe stone fruit and delicate jasmine aromatics.
Palate – Generous nectarine and grapefruit on the palate. A long and complex finish from oak ageing.
Winemaking – Picked at moderate ripeness retaining natural acidity while capturing generous fruit flavour, gentle pressing of free-run juice to French oak puncheons (500L) for 9 months, 30% new oak.
Alcohol – 12.3%
