2019 RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON ORANGE WINE REGION
Vintage – High-quality vintage, grapes harvested late March to early April.
Vineyards – Organically grown grapes from the high altitude vineyards of Orange.
Bouquet – Blackcurrant, cedar notes and vanilla on the nose.
Palate – Plums, ripe figs and baking spices on the palate with sumptuous tannins carried by supporting oak.
Winemaking – A small parcel went through extended maceration on skins for 6 weeks, with a combination of new and old French oak for 12 months.
Alcohol – 13.8%
Cellaring – 8+ years, keep away from strong light, at a cool, constant temperature 15°.

Vintage – High-quality vintage, grapes harvested mid to late March.
Vineyards – Organically grown grapes from the high altitude vineyards of Orange.
Bouquet – Chocolate and briar fruits with a hint of bay leaf and sage on the nose.
Palate – Generous plums with dried herbs and velvety tannins. Beautiful structure from maturation in French oak.
Winemaking – Phenological ripeness at higher sugar levels, cold soaked, fermented on skins for 7 days, immense depth of colour.
Alcohol – 14.5%
Cellaring 7+ years, keep away from strong light, at a cool, constant temperature 15°.
