1 small endive lettuce
2 whole eggs ( medium boiled)
4 to 6 slice of french style bread for the croutons.
100 grams smoked pork belly ( cut in to matchstick)
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
5 to 6 tablespoons of walnut oil
2 pinch of salt and pepper
