Team Swaad East started their blogging with an initiative to explore some unexplored foods of Bengal which must be popular to the entire world.. They have already worked on Beliatore of Bankura district.. Their next destination is on Howrah .
once you hear the word Howrah, first two things will come to your mind, 1. Howrah Bridge, 2. Howrah Station. we are exploring something unknown to you, about the district which is almost 200 years older than the capital of west Bengal.
Howrah seems to be that big brother who is neglected by his own parents.
so finally we have decided to explore some unknown foods of Howrah.. It is Chondir Boma..
Boma is bomb, but this bomb can make some explosion in your taste buds, your mouth will be watered with its amazing taste..
Famous Bengali writer, Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay, used to sit in their shop, he used to eat this “boma”, and shared some explosive writing skills in his own writings..
according to the shop owner, his father , Chandi Babu has come connection with Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose..
Their famous cutlet recipe is taken from some french recipes, they have been serving this special recipe for last 120 years..
let’s find the entire episode of Chondir Boma with lots of history revealed.
Hope this video will bring some sort of happiness to the people of Howrah, who think that they are not getting popularity as much as they want.
enjoy the entire episode. also subscribe to our channel.
