Sam, Mike & Alex head back to Downtown Freehold New Jersey for an innovative take on Modern Indian Cuisine and an exceptional, upscale outdoor dining experience at Aarzu. At Aarzu they create new dishes and recreate time tested old recipes into dishes that delight all who are always hungry for something new and exciting. From the exquisite presentation to taste to texture this meal did not disappoint.

We paired our delicious indian food with a 2017 Saint Joseph French red wine which, once aired properly carried our meal with notes of berries and sweet undertones.

The English translation of the restaurant’s name Aarzu is “to wish or desire” and I tell you they definitely fulfilled ours!
