I have two guests with me today, Bob and Chika. Bob is a skit/content creator but he is a novice in the kitchen. It is up to me to teach him a few tricks.
This time, I make a nutty drink, a potato meal and a three minute microwave mug cake for my guests

***Chicken***
8 chicken thighs
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of dried chili pepper
1 tablespoon of oil
Potatoes
8 medium size sliced potatoes
Salt
½ red bell pepper (Julienne cut)
½ yellow bell pepper (Julienne cut)
½ green bell pepper (Julienne cut)
½ tablespoon of chopped ginger
3 chopped garlic cloves
½ chopped red onion
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 teaspoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of thyme
***Sauce***
½ chopped red bell pepper
½ chopped yellow bell pepper
½ chopped green bell pepper
½ chopped red onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of oil
3 teaspoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of thyme
Salt
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
Directions
Chicken
1. Mix in all the ingredients
2. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Sauce
1. Add the peppers, onions, garlic and onion in a pan with oil and fry for 5 minutes
2. Leave to cool for 10 minutes
3. Put in a blender and add, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce, thyme and parsley
4. Blend until smooth
Potatoes stir fry
1. Boil the potatoes until almost ready
2. In a pan add oil, onions, ginger and garlic
3. Fry for 3 minutes then add the potatoes
4. Fry for another 3 minutes
5. Then add the peppers
6. Fry for 2 minutes
7. Add the salt, fish sauce, cumin, soy sauce and thyme
8. Fry for another 5 minutes
Assembly
1. Place the potato stir fry on the side of the plate
2. Add the chicken to the other side of the plate
3. Put the sauce on the chicken
***Mug Chocolate cake***
Ingredients
5 tablespoons of flour
5 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of milk
4 tablespoons of oil
Directions
1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl
2. In another bowl, mix the milk and oil
3. Add the wet to the dry and mix
4. Place in a well-greased mug and place in the microwave for 4 minutes
