This Iced Coffee is better than Starbucks and you can make it right at home!
If you enjoy a classic iced coffee, but feel guilty drinking them then you’re going to LOVE this easy keto iced coffee recipe. It’s low carb, high fat, and simply delicious.
RECIPE
Yield 1
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups Strong Cold Coffee (I brewed mine hot and put it in the fridge)
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Dash of Cinnamon
1+ cups Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Coffee: I brew my own coffee and then refrigerate it, but you can always buy pre-made cold brew coffee.
2. Mix everything together in a large cup or blender.
3. Poor it over a cup of ice.
4. Enjoy!
NOTES
Brew your coffee stronger than you normally will. This drink is mixed with ice, therefore, the ice does water it down a bit. After brewing, let it sit out until it gets to room temperature, and then refrigerate it.
