Ingredients:
* 250gr Bread flour
* 50gr Cake flour
* 1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
1/2 Tbs Sugar
190ml Warm Water
How to make it:
1. Mix dry yeast, sugar and some water from 190ml water. Cover and leave it for 15 minutes.
2. Mix all bread and salt
3. Add 1 to 2 and mix well until all become one
4. Knead the dough for 7 minutes and continue to slam it for another 7 minutes. If not possible to slam the dough, you can continue to knead for another 7 minutes.
5. Prepare bowl for the dough. Spray oil or you can apply butter to the bowl.
6. Insert the dough, cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
7. After 30 minutes the dough will become twice bigger. Push the middle of the dough to release the gas. Knead a little bit around 1 minutes and put again inside the bowl. Leave for another 30 minutes or double in size.
8. Knead the dough and cut into two. Make it round and leave for 20 minutes.
9. Knead again and make it long and leave for 30~5 minutes.
10. Sprink flour on top of the dough and slice a little bit with knife
11. Spray the dough with water (I don’t have spray so I’m using my hand)
12. Oven for 7 minutes at 220°C and then decrease to 180°C for 18 minutes.
13. Along that time you need to spray the dough twice.
