Recipe Ingredients:
– 1 tbsp coconut flour
– 1 egg
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 tbsp butter for bread
– 1 tbsp butter for toasting
– (Optional) keto maple syrup
– (Optional) keto confectioners

Recipe Steps:
– Melt butter in microwave-safe ramekin and let butter cool
– Add egg and mix with melted butter
– Add coconut flour and baking powder and mix
– Microwave for 90 seconds
– Let it cool and then run a butter knife around the edges
– Remove from ramekin and slice in half like a hamburger bun
– Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan
– Toast both sides of the keto bread slices
– Remove from the pan and top with keto maple syrup and keto confectioners
