Back in 2016 hosted one of my french friend Nicholas and next day he insisted in making lunch and when I asked “What do you want to cook?”
he replied ” Beer chicken 😜🍗🍺”
I was surprised hearing that and back of my mind, I was thinking How I will convince my parents 😩🙊!!
Gained some courage and told my father,luckily he said yes for it. Mom opted for a different lunch so I cooked a separate meal for her though me, my father and Nicholas had the beer chicken. This tasted different with a prominent flavor of beer with a white gravy & veggies.

But yes its alcohol free because it takes 1 hour to get cooked and in the process of cooking alchohol evaporates, only it retains the flavor. Bring it to a thick gravy consistency.
I dont have the final picture but luckily I recorded the whole process of cooking and I got this video while sorting my laptop folders.
