In this video, we went to Disney World’s EPCOT as they reopen to experience this years Food and Wine Festival! Countries from around world showcase offer up different food items and beverages specific to the country they are in. The event is familiarly similar to the same event in the past with one big change, LOW CROWD LEVELS! With social distancing in mind and a limited park capacity, the festival is much more enjoyable in that sense.
We started our day off with riding Spaceship Earth, then off to Soarin’ for a quick flight, and got hungry shortly after that. As we made our way around world showcase to try different dishes, we saw some socially distant meet and greets with characters which was a lot of fun! I also point out the different relaxation stations Disney has set up where guests can unwind and take their mask off in a safe space. I’ll be back shortly to try more dishes that peaked my interests and to also show more character meet and greets, and also take a look at some of the merchandise that is being sold for the festival.
It’s good to have made it made to EPCOT since they reopened.
