Pierre Hermé (born 20 Nov.1961 in Colmar Haut-Rhin) is a French pastry chef most famous for his macarons, many of which have unusual flavor combinations. French Vogue magazine dubbed him “The Picasso of Pastry.”

INGREDIENTS:
For 6 big muffin cupcakes
*Crumb topping:
butter 黄油 10g
sugar 糖 10g
flour 面粉 10g
almond flour 10g
*Muffins:
blueberry 蓝莓 110g
butter 黄油 60g
heavy cream 奶油 95g
sugar 糖 50g
egg 鸡蛋 1
lemon zest 柠檬皮 1 (don’t peel too deep, only the yellow part, the white part is bitter)
baking powder 5g
flour 面粉 150g
If you eat them on the second day, put in microwave 10-20 seconds then taste like just made!
