1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup (6 ounces) warm water (about 95°F)
1 egg white (25 g), at room temperature
1 tablespoon (21 g) honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon (14 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
