INGREDIENTS:
*Water (q-i) – 1 cup+1/4 cup
*Salt (4Hn) – 1/2 tsp
Refined oil (Ruiss aa)-2 tsp
Semolina (uft/zaT) – 1 cup/175 gram
*Potato (HTQ) – 4 medium size
*Oil (tcr)- For frying
RECIPE:
In a pan, put some water and keep it for boiling. Then
put some Salt and Refined Oil in it. When it starts
boiling, put Semolina in it gradually, turn the flame slow
and mix it well.
Cook it till it becomes thick then cover it and keep it aside for some time.
Grate some Boiled Potato and take out the Semolina
Mixture on a plate. Apply some oil on your hands and
mix it properly and make it smooth. Then add grated
Potatoes in it gradually and mixit well.
Grease some Oil on the chopping board and on rolling
pin and dust some Semolina on the board then roll the
dough on it. Cut them in the shape of French Fries/
Finger Chips and fry them in the medium heated Oil.
You can preserve the Finger Chips for 2-3 weeks by
putting some flour on them and keep them in the
freezer for 2-3 hours on a plate then pack them in the
Zip Lock Packets for long time use.
You can bake the French Fries in OTG/Oven at 180-200
degrees
Put some Chat Masala on the Fries and serve them with
Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutrney.
