Miguel: As you can see, there’s a big balcony, here at the entrance, perfect to welcome your guests in the warmest days!
Márcia: Yes, it’s really spacious! I like it! The garden will be great for barbecues and even to make a vegetable garden.
Miguel: Here’s the living room. There’s a big couch, a TV, two coffee tables, two puffs and a cabinet for storage.
Márcia: Oh! It’s really cozy! I love the colours and the decoration.
Miguel: Perfect! So let’s continue the tour. Next, the kitchen. It’s fully equipped: with a fridge, a sink, a huge kitchen counter, kitchen cupboards, an oven, a cooker and a dining table.
Márcia: Really nice and modern!
Miguel: Here’s the bathroom. It has two washbasins, two big mirrors, a toilet and a shower.
Márcia: Wow! It’s really spacious! Too bad the window is too small.
Miguel: Here’s one of the rooms, fully equipped: a bedside table, a wardrobe, a bedroom dresser and a big double bed – it is a very spacious and bright bedroom! Next to it, as you can see, there’s a sunroom.
Márcia: Yes! I love its brightness… It’s really nice! And the sunroom is fantastic! It’s the perfect place to relax.
Miguel: Here’s the other bathroom. It has a mirror, a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub.
Márcia: I like it!
Miguel: Right here: the children bedroom. As you can see, there’s a bunk bed, shelves and lots of light.
Márcia: They will love the room! Specially the bunk bed and the theme of the decoration!
Márcia: Thank you for the tour! You convinced me! I will take this house. What’s the next step?

Miguel: Bonjour, Márcia! Allons-y connaître votre future nouvelle maison. Elle a un garage, est toute meublée, vous n’avez pas à vous inquiéter pour la décoration et vous allez voir: il y a plein de place pour vous et votre famille!
Márcia: Bonjour, Miguel! Très bien! Allons-y donc!
Miguel: Comme vous voyez, il y a un gros balcon, ici à l’entrée, parfait pour recevoir vos invités dans les jours les plus chauds!
Márcia: Oui, c’est vraiment spacieux. J’aime bien! Le jardin sera super pour des barbecues et même pour en faire un jardin potager.
Miguel: Voici le salon. Il y a un grand canapé, une télévision, deux tables basses, deux poufs et un meuble pour le rangement.
Márcia: Ah, c’est très confortable! J’aime bien la décoration et les couleurs!
Miguel: Parfait! Continuons donc notre tour. Ensuite, la cuisine. Elle est toute équipée: avec un réfrigérateur, un évier, un grand comptoir de cuisine, des armoires, un four, une cuisinière et une table à manger.
Márcia: Très agréable et moderne!
Miguel: Voici la salle de bains. Il y a deux lavabos, deux grands miroirs, une cuvette et une douche.
Márcia: Waouh! Elle est très spacieuse! C’est dommage que la fenêtre soit petite.
Miguel: Voici une des chambres, toute équipée: table de nuit, garde-robe, commode de chambre et un gros double-lit – c’est une chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse! À côté, comme vous voyez, on trouve une véranda.
Márcia: Oui! J’adore la lumière… Très agréable! La véranda est fantastique! C’est l’endroit parfait pour relaxer!
Miguel: Voici l’autre salle de bains. Il y a un miroir, un lavabo, une cuvette et une baignoire.
Márcia: Ça me plaît!
Miguel: Ici: la chambre des enfants. Comme vous voyez, il y a des lits superposés, des étagères et beaucoup de lumière.
Márcia: Ils vont adorer la chambre! Surtout les lit superposés et le thème de la décoration!
Miguel: Merci beaucoup pour le tour! Vous m’avez convaincu! Je vais prendre la maison. Quelle est la prochaine étape?
