For Omelette
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Coriander Leaves
Method:
Beat eggs, salt, pepper and coriander leaves in small bowl until blended.
For Stuffing
Ingredients:
Fried Chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 small size Onion (finely chopped)
1 small size tomato (finely chopped)
Mushrooms (optional)
Black Olives (optional)
Tomato Ketchup as required
Mayonnaise as required
Method:
Heat some olive oil in a pan, add onions, saute for 3 minutes or until its color changed, add chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and then add salt & black pepper. Mix fried chicken and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the flame, set aside the stuffing material.
Heat olive oil in 6 to 8-inch nonstick french omelette pan and turn the flame over to medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture into pan. Set the mixture evenly across edges. Flip it and cook other side then flip back and turn the flame over medium- low heat. Place filling on one side of the omelette. Fold omelette in half with turner. Place cheese or black olives on top for garnishing. With a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and invert or slide omelet onto plate. Serve with garlic bread. Delicious stuffed french omelette is ready to enjoy!
