Chocolate Macarons Ingredients:
100 g almond flour
10 g cocoa powder
100 g powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
75 g egg whites, room temperature
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
50 g sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Ganache:
60 g chocolate chips
40 ml Whipping cream
a heaped spoon of Nutella
Bake at 300 F for 18-20 minutes.
