The recipe of the day : “Poulet à la crème” (Chicken with double cream).
You can find the list of ingredients here for 2 persons :
– 2 chicken legs
– 2 chicken fillet
– 30g/1oz of butter
– 15cl/5fl oz of chicken stock
– 40cl/13fl oz of double cream
– 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
– 1 egg yolk
– Salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil
