I’ve made settlements in fallout 4 for ages now, and this is the first one I’ve recorded and put on YouTube.
I’ve built a settlement in the French Colonial Style at Tenpines Bluff, complete with a wrap around terrace, including a large garden which is well defended with turrets and guards.
On the ground floor there’s a kitchen, pantry, utility room, dining room, sitting room, billiards room, and downstairs loo.
First floor there are 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), a study, sitting area, and family bathroom.
Second floor has 2 more en-suite bedrooms, a nursery, and storage room.
Plus, there’s an underground vault!
