Ingredients-
For Macaron Shells
– 94 g (1 cup) Almond Flour
– 90 g (3/4 cup) Powdered Sugar
– 67 g (about 2 eggs) Egg Whites, Aged and at room temperature
– 56 g 1/4 cup) Sugar
– 1/16 tsp Cream of Tartar

For White Chocolate Ganache Filling
– 5 oz White Chocolate Chips
– 87 ml (1/2 cup) Heavy Whipping Cream

For Lemon Curd
– 3/4 cup Sugar
– Zest of 1 Lemon
– 2 tbsp Butter
– 1 Egg
– 1/8 cup Lemon Juice
