* NOTE: agar Chawal Ka Atta na ho tou uski jagah 1 tablespoon pura Corn Flour istemal karlain *

Tareeqa:

1- Aaalooo ko fries ki shakal kaat lain.

2- Tamam sukhay aajza ko ek bowl main shamil kar kay mix karlain.

3- Ab bowl main pani shamil karlain aisay kay batter na bohat patla ho na bohat gaaarah.

4- Darmiyani aaanch pe Tel ko ek frying pan main garam karain.

5- Fries ki shakal main kattay aaaloooo ko batter main coat karkay Tel main fry honay kay liye chordain.

6- Sunhera rang atay hi pakooroon ko nikal lain.
