Organic wine has become increasingly popular in recent years but do you know how it’s made? What makes wine organic, what’s the process like, and why is it worth your while? I wanted to know more so I spent the day in the Vouvray appellation with Peter Hahn of Le Clos de la Meslerie and learned all about his unique approach to winemaking… which includes working the vines with a horse instead of a tractor!
