HOMEMADE CRISPY FRENCH FRIES RECIPE
French fries are long pieces of potato that deep fried in oil.

Ingredients:
1kg fresh potato
1 liter cooking oil
6 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp barbecue powder flavor
Procedure:
1.) Peel the skin of the potatoes.
2.) Cut them lengthwise into 1/2 half inch size
3.) Wash the cut potatoes 3 times.
4.) Soak in a water with ice with 2 tbsp of salt for 20 minutes. Drain for 5 minutes
5.) After draining, path the sliced potatoes with dry towel.
6.) Transfer the dry potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add 6 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well
7.) Pour 1 liter of cooking oil in a frying pan. Heat the oil to 175 degrees Celsius. Once you reached the desired temperature, slowly drop the cut potatoes into the hot oil. Fry them to golden brown.
8.) Once the fries golden brown, take out them from the oil and put in a shallow pan with paper towel to remove the excess oil of the fried fries.
9.) Flavor your french fries the way you desired powder flavor. For me. my favorite is barbecue powder. Happy cooking everyone!
