-2 large chicken breasts olive oil, salt, pepper
-1 lemon (juice and zest)
-3 clementines (juice and zest)
-1 shallot
-50 ml white wine
-1/2 organic or homemade vegetable bouillon cube
-200 ml liquid cream
-Salt and pepper
