I met John, a barman and restaurant worker at the Marriott 115 Allee du verger, and he introduced me to a sweet white wine called Monbazillac to accompany my Mountain choclate cake with vanilla ice cream. I am not sophisticated like you all, a particular wine for a certain dish. But guys his suggestion really brought out the taste of the wine when eaten with the choclate cake. Thanks John for educating me!!
