3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Chopped Garlic
3 Thyme Sprigs
1 Cup Mixed Sweet Peppers and Olives
1/2 slice Lemon
Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
