Hello friends, today I am sharing a classic French recipe Fish Escalope. An escalope is a thin slice of meat or fish without a bone. We can have it with Bread, Rice, Roti etc.
Ingredients
Fish fillet
Flour-1cup
Egg-1no
Salt-as per your taste
Black pepper powder- as per your taste
Method
Step 1
Add the spices in the flour and mix well and beat the eggs with a fork
Step 2
Dip each fish fillet in the egg and flour twice so that the fish is well coated
Step 3
Heat a pan with oil (sun flower or olive)
Step 4
Fry the fish till both the sides are golden brown in colour
