Gin, 2 ounces
Fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 ounce
Sugar, 2 teaspoons
Champagne

How to:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Gin, Fresh squeezed lemon juice, and sugar. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a lovely Champagne flute and top off with Champagne of your choice!
