Dining out during the Covid-19 pandemic has been nonexistent. But in the Netherlands restaurants are now gradually reopening. The vegan restaurant Mediamatic ETEN in the Dutch city of Amsterdam wanted to surprise its returning guests with a special concept: Eating in greenhouses with a view of the canal. A maximum of four people can sit in each greenhouse, which is designed to prevent the spread of the virus. Reporter Meggin Leigh was in Amsterdam to find out what it is like to eat in one of those small greenhouses and to talk to the people behind the idea.
