This is a recipe that I have from my mom, I just add some lemon zest and vanilla to it.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup 1/2 Flour
1 Cup Margarine or butter (Margarine will make the cake lighter
and softer)
4 Eggs
Half a teaspoon Backing Soda
A pinch of Vanilla
Zest of one lemon
European measures:
200 gr Flour
200 gr Sugar
180 gr Margarine / Butter
4 Eggs
Half a spoon Backing Soda
A pinch of Vanilla
Zest of one lemon
