What’s up fellow citizens of the WORLD!? Today we are celebrating the 4th of July (American Independence Day) together by having a BBQ and learning some history about the relationship between France and the USA. 🇲🇫+🇺🇸=❤️!
As an American expat, living abroad in France, I didn’t miss the opportunity to spend the day in a traditional American way by meeting up with a friend and cooking up some nice food while enjoying the warm summer sun! Together we BBQ’d some hot dogs, brochettes, and burgers while we sip on some homemade honey whiskey!
It was a day well spent, wearing my favorite red, white & blue tie-dye shirt to represent my homeland! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Although it wasn’t quite the same celebration for INDEPENDENCE DAY as you’d see in the States, I had a great time and enjoyed sharing my national holiday along with all of you!
