Matcha flavor cookies(langue de chat)
Langue de chat is a french cookies, its crispy and thin . When you bake the cookies, let it cool completely and then store it in an air tight container but believe me it get vanish within 2 days. Its super tasty, less ingredient and easy to make.
Ingredients required :
50 g salted butter
50 g powdered (confectioners)sugar
50 g egg white
25 g almond flour
25 g cake flour (21 g all purpose flour+4 g cornflour)
2 g matcha powder
preparation:
Mix the ingredients as in the video, then pre heat oven @ 350°F
It takes 8 to 12 minutes to bake the cookies, so keep checking in between.
