Today Tim reviews Cinquante-Cinq Cabernet Sauvignon from France. Nice fruity nose and little bit of blackberry and raspberry. Light bodied for a Cab with the blackberry and plum on the palate. Nice structured tannin with a hint spice and mocha near the finish! Cheers!
