Beef Bourgignon | Boeuf Bourgignon
Bahan | Ingredients:
750 gr daging sapi | 750 gr of beef
150 gr daging asap | 150 gr of ham
7-8 Bawang Merah | 8 Pcs of Shallots
8 Bawang Putih | 8 cloves of garlics
1-2 wortel | 1-2 pcs of chopped carrots
Jamur Kancing | Chopped mushrooms
2 sdm terigu | 2 tbs of flour
1 Perasa daging | 1 beef cube
1-2 sdm pasta tomat | 1-2 tbs tomato paste
750 ml anggur merah | 750 ml of red cooking wine
250 ml air | 250 ml of water
Daun thyme | Thyme leave
Daun Salam | Bay leaves
Garam secukupnya | salt to taste
Merica secukupnya | Pepper to taste
