Kuboos an Arabic pita bread made with all purpose flour. Kuboos is usually baked in hot oven. But here I prepared in a nonstick pan. This is easier than oven version.
Mayonnaise takes less than 10 minutes to make at home.
French fries gives little crunchiness to shawarma.
You can prepare chicken filling ahead of time and then assemble into Kuboos when the time comes.
You can make shawarma with Kuboos, bread or Chappathy wraps. Try it and enjoy..
