Recipe (Feeds 3-4)

For the chicken:
• 20 party sized chicken wings (drums or flats)
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• Salt and Pepper

1. In a large bowl, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Toss in the olive oil until fully incorporated.
2. Place in “Air Fry” rack in a single layer. Be sure to not stack chicken wings as they will not crisp.
3. Air fry at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, flip the chicken wings and cook for an additional 12 minutes. Turn the temperature up to 390 degrees and allow chicken to crisp up for 6 minutes.
4. Toss in desired sauce and ENJOY!

For the French fries:
• 3 large russet potatoes peeled and cut into desired size
• 3 quarts vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper

1. Heat the oil to 310 degrees.
2. Submerge peeled and cut potatoes in cold water for 25-30 minutes.
3. Pat COMPLETELY dry!
4. In two batches, fry french fries for 7 minutes. After both batches are done, heat oil up to 390 degrees and fry fries for an additional 3 minutes to give amazing crisp!
5. Season with salt and pepper and ENJOY!

For the sauce:

• Quarter cup Franks Red Hot or desired hot sauce
• 3 Tablespoons Butter (Unsalted)
• 2 Teaspoons Garlic (Minced)
• Parmesan Cheese

1. Place all ingredients except the cheese in a bowl and microwave until butter is completely melted, about one minute.
2. Mix in grated parmesan cheese.
3. ENJOY
