Compassionate Eating/Raw Vegan/Fruitarian/Lissatarian/Whatever!
WHAT I EAT IN A DAY • NO-FAT FRENCH DRESSING RECIPE • RAW FOOD VEGAN
Breakfast: Honeydew melon
Lunch: No-Fat French Dressing
6 dates
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp chipotle powder, optional
Blend with 1 cup of water or until desired consistency
SNACK: Nice Cream (4 frozen bananas, 2 dates, 2 tbsp maple syrup and a splash of vanilla)
Dinner: Dressing was Mahini Curry from Meal Plan 3
