Ingredients
2 eggs
Milk
Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Butter
PROCEDURE
1. I whisked together the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla right into a shallow dish that I’ll use to dip my bread in.
2. Once I have it whisked together well, I place my bread slice on one side and then quickly flip it over to the other side. You want to be sure that you are dipping your bread and not leaving for too long so that the bread doesn’t absorb too much liquid.
3. Once both sides of the bread are coated with the liquid, Place them into the frying pan with melted butter set over medium heat. They only take a few minutes to cook, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with your syrup of choice (we love honey but e don cost😂 )
