Ingredients for Lemon Tart Recipe

LEMON TART CRUST

BUTTER 60 gms
POWDER SUGAR 3 TSP
EGG YOLK 1
VANILLA EXTRACT FEW DROPS
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 ¼ CUP

LEMON TART FILLING

EGG YOLK 1
POWDER SUGAR 3 TSP
CORN STARCH 1 TBSP
WARM MILK 100 gms
LEMON JUICE 1 LEMON

LEMON TART FROSTING
HEAVY CREAM 50 gms
POWDER SUGAR 1 TSP
LEMON EXTRACT FEW DROPS

Method of Lemon Tart Recipe

LEMON TART CRUST
Take A Bowl, Add Butter, Powder Sugar, Egg Yolk, Vanilla Extract And All Purpose Flour To Make A Dough
If There Is Any Crack Add 2 Tbsp Of Milk And Put It In Refrigerator For 30 Mins
Roll The Crust With Rolling Pin ( Make Sure You Cover It With Plastic Sheet )
Cut Circle Shape With Cookie Cutter Or Glass
Put Crust On Backside Of Cupcakes Tray (Make Sure Tray Is Greased)
Pre Heat Oven At 200 Degrees And Bake Them On 180 Degrees For About 15-18 Mins
LEMON TART FILLING
Take A Bowl, Beat Egg Yolk Then Add Powder Sugar, Corn Starch, Lemon Juice And Warm Milk
Mix Well And Put In Microwave Oven For 1 And A Half Minute You Can Also Cook It On Double Boiler As Well To Make A Thick Paste
Place A Plastic Sheet In A Bowl, Spread Filling And Chill It For 15 Mins In Refrigerator
LEMON TART FROSTING
Take A Chilled Bowl, Add Chilled Cream, Beat With Beater To Make Frosting Double In Size
Add Powder Sugar And Lemon Extract, Beat Again And Frosting Is Ready
Add Same Frosting In Filling (Above) And Combine Well To Make No Lumps

Finally Add Lemon Filling In A Crust And Decor It With Frosting And Mint Leaf
